There is a carefully considered construction behind the image. A sound-permeable specialist canvas and a 35 mm acoustic panel help absorb sound and reduce sound reflections in the room.

What do the percentages mean?

The percentages show practical sound absorption at the stated frequency: αp × 100. For example, 0.50 corresponds to 50%. This does not mean that the sound level throughout the room falls by 50%.

V2 measurement conditions: approximately 35 mm panel thickness, 55 mm overall mounting depth and a 10.8 m² test area. The values apply to the tested construction and mounting.

What difference will it make at home?

This depends on factors including the room’s size and surfaces, and the total area and position of the pictures. They help reduce sound reflections within the room; they do not soundproof between rooms.
